COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police say a Green Township man intentionally struck another man with his pickup truck before ramming into vehicle with two people inside.

"There's road rage going on. Colerain Avenue northbound at Roundtop Road," said a 911 caller to dispatchers.

That was the scene on that part of Colerain Avenue Saturday afternoon near a Speedway station at the intersection.

"He came out of the truck first, hit the SUV with a tire iron," said that caller.

Kevin McFadden, 42 is facing two counts of felonious assault for an alleged incident that occurred Saturday on Colerain Avenue near Round Top Road.

A woman and her child were inside the SUV that was hit by McFadden's truck, police say.

"He jumped out of the truck. The other guy jumped out of the truck. They had words at the red light," said another 911 caller. "They started arguing again. He got back in his truck and just rammed him. Hit the guy in the leg."

Police say McFadden got into it with his daughter's boyfriend and then slammed his pickup into the man's SUV, hitting the vehicle and the boyfriend. Court paperwork says that McFadden's daughter was inside the SUV when the incident happened.

Police say McFadden assaulted the boyfriend on a sidewalk after chasing him across Colerain Avenue.

"He just hit him on purpose," a caller said to 911 dispatchers. "Oh my God. It's a full-on fight going on in the yard - in the street."

In court paperwork filed by Colerain police, it says the boyfriend suffered a knee injury. Those papers say McFadden's daughter was caused "physical harm" when the vehicle was rammed. But, it's still unclear what set off the situation..
