HARRISON, OH (FOX19) - A Lawrenceburg, Indiana mother is accused of overdosing on heroin and passing out behind the wheel of a vehicle with her four young children inside.
Harrison police say they found Lacie Sexton, 26, in the parking lot of a Speedway gas station on New Haven Road, court records show.
Her children are all under the age of 10. Sunday was one of her child's birthdays.
Paramedics revive Sexton by successfully administering Narcan, a drug that reverses the potentially-lethal effects of heroin and is available for purchase without prescription in the Tri-State.
The woman was booked into the Hamilton County jail on four counts of endangering children.
She is held in lieu of $8,000 bond and is scheduled to appear before a judge Tuesday.
It's not clear who is caring for her children while she is locked up.
