MASON, OH (FOX19) - A Mason man entered a guilty plea after being caught on camera erratically driving with his child last month.

Troy Morsch took a plea deal to OVI in Mason Municipal court Thursday.  He received two yer probation and had his driving privileges revoked for a year.

Morsch was filmed by a Tri-State man who says he jumped through a Morsch's passenger window to stop him from erratically driving.

Sean French posted photos and videos of the incident on Facebook.

"Today on 71 north, a man flew by me with a baby in the car, he was in the emergency lane scrapping the wall. He hit the wall several times, I had to do something, he lost control of his car again in the median," the post reads.

French said he pulled up to the side of the car and yelled at the man to stop. The man obeyed and French jumped in the car to put it in park.

While he waited for police, French filmed cell phone video of the scene. In the video, French removes the keys from the ignition and the little girl from the scraped and dented vehicle before confronting the driver.

"Do you know what you've done? Give me your phone man, let me call your wife," French is heard saying to the driver.

"He had no clue of what he did, where he was, and who was with him," French wrote on Facebook.
