HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A kitten stuck in a sewer drain was rescued and adopted by a Hamilton police officer Friday.
Matt Zettler, who works for the street department in Hamilton, was called in to help remove the drain cover after an officer noticed the kitten was trapped, according to Hamilton police.
Officer Jon Habig took the kitten, who has since been named Jack, to the veterinarian's office to be checked out and cleaned up.
Habig ended up adopting Jack after the rescue.
