PRICE HILL (FOX19) - A gas station clerk shot an alleged robber late Friday night in Price Hill, according to police.
The incident occurred at the Marathon gas station on the corner of Warsaw and Woodlawn avenues.
Police say the suspect, William Comer, entered the gas station demanding cash. That is when officials say the clerk shot the robber.
Responding officers found Comer near the gas station suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital.
Comer faces one count of trespassing and two counts of aggravated menacing. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $6,000 bond.
He is scheduled for a non-jury trial on Dec. 2.
Police will not comment if the employee will be charged.
