3 hurt in head-on Colerain Twp crash

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Three people were sent to the hospital after a head-on entrapment crash on Pippin Road Monday evening in Colerain Township.

Multiple fire units and medics were dispatched for the crash just after 5:30 p.m. on Pippin Road, north of Ronald Reagan overpass.

Crews were able to access the entrapped victims by forcing open the driver and passenger doors, according to officials.

Two patients suffered traumatic injuries and were transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Another patient was transported to Mercy West.

No word on the condition of all three patients.

No word on what may have caused the crash.
