CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Charles Harrell's cell phone video of his jaywalking arrests is still making the rounds.
Since the incident happened, FOX19 NOW requested the number of jaywalking citations handed out over the last few years.
Police records provided us with numbers from September 13, 2014 thru January 6, 2016.
In that time, roughly 710 people have been given a pedestrian violation. In that number, the youngest person given a ticket was just 12-years-old.
Another was 13 and in total there were 43 given citations that were under 18-years-old.
The numbers show the street where the most citations were given out over that time period was 12th street. The street that came in second was Vine with 83 citations.
Our research showed the time of day when most were handed out was between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
