WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A maintenance worker at a Loveland apartment complex is accused of installing hidden cameras in female tenants' apartments.

Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gerald (Jerry) Rowe, 65, of Milford, Thursday.

A resident at the Steeplechase Apartment complex discovered a camera in the air vent of her bathroom ceiling, according to the sheriff's office. After the initial search, authorities found other residents had also been targeted.

A total of five women, ranging in ages between 20 to 30, had cameras hidden in their apartment.

"The victims are all very distraught," said Lt. John Faine. "You're talking about a tremendous invasion of privacy in the place you feel the safest, in your own home."

Rowe is charged with five counts of burglary and five counts of voyeurism. He is held at the Warren County Jail without bond.

The sheriff's office asks anyone with information about the case to call Lieutenant John Faine at 513-695-1522.
