Death investigation underway in Mason after man found dead in backyard

MASON, OH (FOX19) - A death investigation is underway in Mason after a 33-year-old man was found dead in his backyard.
Police responded to E. Circle Dr. near Fifth Ave. around 5:07 a.m. Sunday morning after a family member found Christopher Cannady's body in the backyard, according to Mason Detective Sean McCormick.
Police say the family member and Cannady both lived at the residence.
The Warren Co. Coroner's Officer told Sgt. Saylor of the Mason PD that a preliminary investigation shows the death does not look suspicious.
The 100 block of E. Circle Dr. is currently closed at the investigation continues.
