The suspects then fled the area in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of cash.

Both victims suffered gunshot wounds to their legs. The students were taken to local hospitals and are expected to recover, according to police.

Their names, ages and other details were not released.

Police searched the home late Tuesday and announced they were looking for two male suspects.
