Police: Shots fired at security guard in Millvale
MILLVALE, OH (FOX19) - Shots were fired at a security guard at an apartment complex off Westwood Northern Boulevard early Wednesday, Cincinnati police said.
No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to the area of Westwood Northern Boulevard and Sutter Avenue about 3:45 a.m.
They shut down Westwood Northern Boulevard and two K-9s arrived to join the search.
They also attempted to reach a SWAT negotiator, and District 3 police confirmed SWAT was being called.
SWAT was never actually called up, police later clarified, but the scene remains active with multiple officers investigating.
They found shell casings and say they have narrowed the scene to an apartment complex called The Flats, 1912 Westwood Northern Blvd.
