MT. HEALTHY, OH (FOX19) - Fibonacci Brewing Company is planning to open an expansion to its nanobrewery and taproom this fall.
It will be a first-of-its kind experience in Cincinnati.
The Mt. Healthy brewing company on Sunday announced plans to develop its current taproom, Fibonacci 1.618, into a combined brewery and urban farm.
The new 1.5-acre space will include a beer garden, indoor event area and two AirBnb rentals, according to a press release.
The urban farm will also serve as a home to honeybees, goats, chickens, mushrooms, herbs and other plants that will be used as beer ingredients.
An opening date for the expansion has not been announced.
The brewery is set to take in two Nigerian Dwarf goats from nearby Healthy Hills farm.
A naming contest for the goats is already underway at fibbrew.com/name-the-goats. The contest lasts until Aug. 5.
Contest winners will receive a free stay at one of the farm's AirBnb rentals and meet-and-greet with the goats, according to a press release.
Winners will be announced after the farm's opening this fall.
