Moe's Tarts


Ø      Tart Molds

Ø      Pastry Bag or Ziploc Baggie

Ø      Pan release spray

Ø      Pre-made Sugar Cookie Dough

Ø      Vanilla Pudding

Ø      Apricot preserves

Ø      Assorted fruit



Ø      Roll out cookie Dough onto floured surface.  Use molds to cut the dough for the desired shape and size.

Ø      Place dough in greased molds and poke bottom of the molds with a fork.

Ø      Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes.

Ø      Allow Molds to cool.

Ø      Remove from molds place small out of filling in the bottom of the shell.

Ø      Arrange the fresh fruit on top.  It works better if you slice the fruit.  (Strawberries, Kiwi, Grapes, Etc)

Ø      Heat apricot preserves to thin out and brush onto the top of the tarts.

Ø      Refrigerate until you serve them.
