Former Councilman Indicted For Sex Charges

A former Carlisle city councilman has now been indicted for contact with a minor.
A Warren County Grand Jury now says that 74 year old Edward Burgess had contact with a minor in July.
Burgess had originally been facing two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition but that has been reduced to one.
His victim is apparently under the age of 13.
