Marcus Fiesel Finally to Be Laid to Rest

(MIDDLETOWN, OH) -- The remains of Marcus Fiesel will be buried Friday in Middletown.

The Brown County Coroner signed over the remains to Marcus' birth mother Donna Trevino Tuesday morning.  The remains were taken from the Hamilton County Coroner's office in Cincinnati to the Baker-Stevens Funeral Home this afternoon.

The remains were under the custody of the coroner's office thru the trial of Liz Carroll and plea of David Carroll in case they were needed for evidence.  The Carroll's were Marcus' foster parents. Liz was found guilty of murdering Marcus in February.  David Carroll entered a guilty plea after his wife's conviction.

They are both serving time in a state correctional facility.

Visitation for Marcus will be at 1 p.m. Friday with services at 2 p.m.  The services are open to the public.  They will be at the Baker-Stevens Funeral Home at 1500 Manchester Avenue in Middletown.

Burial will follow the services in the Woodside Cemetery, also in Middletown.
