(FAIRFIELD, OH) -- The public has voted, and a local international market is home to the nation's best restroom.

Jungle Jim's won the sixth annual America's Best Bathroom Contest, which is sponsored by Cincinnati-based Cintas.

The 2007 contest attracted nominations from a wide cross-section of businesses, including restaurants, hotels and casinos.  Five finalists were selected based on exceptional hygiene, style and open access to the public.

Jungle Jim's received the coveted "America's Best Restroom" plaque of recognition from Cintas during a special presentation on Tuesday, and secured their place in the "America's Best Restroom Hall of Fame" found at www.bestrestroom.com.

At first glance, a Jungle Jim's restroom might confuse new customers. What appears to be handicapped-sized port-o-lets are actually faux entrances to a hallway, adorned in a jungle motif, leading to an exquisitely decorated 10 stall restroom, complete with flowers, marble, soft green tile, tropical pictures and more.

The Best Restroom Award was created in 2001 to honor businesses across the country that maintain exceptional hygiene, with style, in their public restrooms.
