CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The suspect in the murder of a local store owner has been indicted.

Marcus Hill, 21, is accused of brutally beating and stabbing the owner of Linda's Mini Mart, Wade Nassar.

Hill was indicted on two counts of aggravated murder, one count of aggravated robbery and one count of robbery.

Hill could face the death penalty if convicted.

"Mr. Nassar refused to give up his business even after suffering several robbery attempts," said Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters. "It is tragic to think that he paid with his life for simply attempting to run his business."
