Perfect if you want to try something new. This week we will be featuring a Caprese Mini and a Slider Trio that includes a fried chicken slider, a cin city signature burger slider and a meatball slider.
We are very excited to announce 2 new food venues that will be opening soon; Lucia and Route 63. Lucia will serve all your Italian favorites from pizza to pasta and Route 63 Comfort Classics will have mac-n-cheese, bacon bombs, meatloaf mash and more.
if you are interested in working at our new venues, we are having open walk-in interviews every Tuesday in May in the Grandstand. We'll have 2 sessions each week – 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm. We will have food and refreshments, and you can meet the team.

Step 1:
Remove the grates from the grill and soak in a basin or sink filled with hot water and a few squeezes of Safely Dish Soap. As the grates soak, periodically scrub any grease or grime off using our hand crafted and thoughtfully designed kitchen Dish Brush. Make sure to get in between each grate as much as possible until all the access debris is removed. You should leave the grates soaking for at least 30 minutes to make sure all that baked on debris is fully removed.
Step 2:
While the grates continue to soak, it's time to spray down the rest of the grill using Safely's Universal Cleaner. Spray generously to the inside and outside of the grill lid, as well as the knobs and base. We often tend to forget about the rest of the grill and only focus on cleaning the grates but it's important to remember to wipe down the outside of the grill to prevent damage from leftover grease.
Step 3:
Once the grill grates are done soaking and all the leftover grime is removed, wipe down any excess cleaner, grease, and debris from the grill using a Safely Reusable Towel. We love our reusable towels because they were designed to tackle spills and tough kitchen messes while eliminating single-use consumption from your home while providing a more eco-friendly solution for household cleaning.
