Spicy, Sweet, and Sticky That Dam Jam Meatballs .
1/3 cup of your favorite That Dam Jam
1 Cup of low sodium Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tablespoon grated ginger
1 grated garlic clove
1 Tablespoon corn starch
Mix together in a measuring cup.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add your favorite meatballs to cover the bottom of the pan. Brown on all sides. Pour sauce over meatballs, cook over medium heat until glaze reduces. Serve in the pan or keep perfectly warm in a crockpot. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
