Man shot dead in Cincinnati alley

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati police are investigating a fatal shooting.
It was reported at 1:41 a.m. Monday in an alley off the 100 block of 68th Street in Carthage, police confirm.
The victim was identified by Cincinnati police as 38-year-old William Heard.
The homicide unit is still investigating.
