CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Another arrest has been made in connection with the “violent attack” in Cincinnati.

Patrick Rosemond, 38, was arrested in Fulton County, Georgia, Cincinnati police said.

Rosemond waived extradition and will be brought back to Ohio, said a spokesperson for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

He is charged with two counts of felonious assault and aggravated riot, police explained.

The 38-year-old will go through the extradition process before being transported back to Cincinnati, CPD added.

Holly, the woman at the center of the viral video, thinks Rosemond is who punched her, knocking her unconscious, she tells FOX19 NOW.

She is seen in the video falling to the ground and appearing to be unconscious.

As she lay on the ground, blood streamed down Holly’s face.

Rosemond is the fifth person arrested in connection with what Cincinnati police called a “violent attack” at Fourth and Elm Street on July 26.

Police said the other four people arrested thus far are:

  • Dominique Kettle
  • Montianez Merriweather
  • Jermaine Matthews
  • DeKyra Vernon

While five people have been arrested, Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge said six suspects will be charged.
